As Moneff continues to grow and evolve, we are looking for a Product Manager- Issuing to join the team in our Denmark office.

 

This job role gives you:

• You’ll have strong payments experience in an Issuer related role
• You’ll have excellent knowledge of card issuing products & services gained through prior experience in either a card scheme, scheme Principal member, Affiliate member, BIN sponsor, PSP or processor
• You’ll have a deep understanding of developing propositions, product development and go to market
• You’ll have a track record in launching successful issuing products / propositions in international markets
• You’ll have the ability to explain complex issues simply and to influence senior stakeholders
• Act as the first level problem solver
• Delivering multiple initiatives at pace within a fast-paced environment

What the role will entail:

• End-to-end Product coordination between internal and external stakeholders and to manage key relationships and dependencies across the business internationally 
• Build ownership of issuing operational processes and solutions (for example: daily operations monitoring, financial operations set-up, card issuance and stock management)
• Help translate customer needs into plans and support it with analysis
• Help reach KPIs and SLAs for the team that impact customer experience
• Spearhead the production of the product roadmap to deliver these propositions and manage their delivery and launch

 Skills:

• Written: particularly for reports which will ultimately be submitted to the regulator;
• Language: fluent or professional level of proficiency in English is essential. Danish language skills are advantageous;
• Experience: at least 5 years experience within a regulated firm.
